Dwayne was the pastor who founded of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, which he began in the year 2007. He is also a member of Acts 29 Network, where he works as director of Pastoral Care. His passion is to train the next generation of biblical Counselors. He is a Board Director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of several online publications and a contributor to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Transforming lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). The wife of Dwayne Leslie has three children.
